Amenities and facilities

Weekly group activities are decided upon by residents. These may include craft, poetry, exercise class, bingo, a visiting beautician, musicians and other entertainers.

A newsagent, Post Office, off-licence and public house are within walking distance of Breme. An hourly shuttle bus to Bromsgrove runs from the end of the drive.

Arrangements can be made for the delivery of daily newspapers. There is a stock of large print books, regularly changed by the County Library Service. A hairdresser visits the home regularly or we can help you to make other arrangements if you prefer.

Every effort will be made for you to follow your religious or cultural beliefs. The local Church of England vicar holds services in the Day Care centre once a month and the local Catholic priest visits the Home regularly. There are churches of many denominations in the Bromsgrove area. We will help you make arrangements to attend a local church if you choose.
