Who is Ravenhurst for?

An older person from any background may need our services for all kinds of reasons. Wherever possible this should be a positive, personal choice. Although the home cannot provide nursing care, together with Community Health Staff, we can give care and support if you;

• Had an accident or an illness, or you are unable to manage at home for a particular reason.
• Suffer from poor physical health.
• Have a mental health problem such as memory loss, confusion or depression.

Before you make your decision we will talk to you and any other people who care for you about the sort of support you need and want, so that everybody concerned can be sure that this is the right decision for you.
