Heart of England Housing Group Ltd. , the parent company. It leads and promotes excellence in each of the member organisations and provides a robust foundation for growth and development through the provision of professionally managed, cost-effective services.

Heart of England Property Services , which offers property maintenance solutions for business, private sector and private customers throughout central England.

South Warwickshire Housing Association , which owns and manages over 5,680 properties, including those at 15 sheltered housing schemes. It is a leading provider of affordable rented and shared-ownership homes in central England.

The association works in partnership with Stratford District Council, Daventry District Council and Solihull Borough Council to provide affordable homes that meet local housing need. This means that you cannot apply directly to the association for rented or shared ownership housing; you must be nominated by your local authority housing department.

Heart of England Housing and Care , a not-for-profit organisation with charitable status, offers private residential care for older people throughout Worcestershire. The quality of the care we provide is as important to us as the quality of the accommodation and facilities we offer. Our residents have as much choice as possible and can be as independent as they wish. We will always respect their privacy and dignity. Our aim is that they feel secure, comfortable, looked after and have the companionship of other people who live and work in each home.
